    Residents who purchase an honor tree may have a memorial plaque to place in front of the tree on the ground. This is optional. If you would like to have a plaque for your Honor Tree purchase, you will need to have acquire the plaque on your own from a business since Public Works does not purchase or supply them.

    The Public Works Department (DPW) has restrictions on the size and material of the memorial plaques. DPW will need to install the plaque if provided one. The plaque cannot be installed by the resident themselves.

    Size Limitations

    • Plaques must be a maximum of 11 x 14 inches.

    Material Options

    • Plaques must be made of aluminum, bronze or holly bronze alternative.
    • No memorial rocks or stones are allowed.

19. After submitting the form, DPW will reach out to you to let you know we've received your order and to ask you to stop by City Hall, located at 105 N Dickason Blvd to deliver payment. Payment can be made by cash or check.
