- S. Dickason Boulevard. from Fuller Street. going north, mid-block to Richmond Street.
- School Street from Ludington Street (Park Avenue) to S. Dickason Boulevard (both sides) from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
The contractor will reopen Fuller Street as soon as pipe is installed across Fuller Street, however the area will remain no parking until project is complete.
