[ARCHIVED] Kiwanis Park Bridge Gets Makeover by Local Boy Scout

Boy Scout, Hannibal Steiner with Troop 99 spent the morning in Kiwanis Park scrapping and painting the bridge. He completed 3 hours of community service. He is currently working on his First Class rank with Boy Scouts.
